Appointments:
All appointments are made through the office.

Cancellations:
24-hour notice is required for all cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice or “no-shows” may be charged at the mid-level appointment rate.

Answering questions by phone:
We promptly return all patient phone calls, but some questions can’t be answered over the phone if they involve a medical diagnosis. In such cases, we’ll encourage you to make an appointment.

Payment Policies:
We accept some insurances, including Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Cigna. Please call the office for further details.
